01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the aaaajl platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement becomes binding the moment you complete the registration process or place your first bet — whichever comes first.

02Eligibility

To register and use the aaaajl platform, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

aaaajl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. If verification fails or you misrepresented your eligibility, the account will be closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

03Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one active aaaajl account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different identity information — is a violation of these terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details. If any information changes — particularly your contact number, email address, or linked payment account — you must update your aaaajl profile promptly.

aaaajl may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS/GSIS card. Failure to complete verification within the specified period may result in temporary account restrictions.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on aaaajl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment channels are supported, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. aaaajl does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is found to have originated from a different person's account, it will be reversed and the sending account may be flagged.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account in the same name as the registered aaaajl account. Processing times stated above are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.

05Betting Rules and Void Bets

All bets placed on aaaajl are subject to the specific rules of the product and market concerned. Before placing a wager, you are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules for that game or event.

A bet is confirmed and binding once the system has accepted it and a bet ID has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation, except where aaaajl exercises its right to void a bet under the following circumstances:

• The event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and did not resume within 48 hours.
• There was a clear technical error in the displayed odds, market, or event details.
• The bet was placed after the actual start time of the event (late acceptance).
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns were detected on the relevant market.
• The market was offered in error or duplicated.

Results are official once settled by aaaajl based on the outcome reported by the relevant governing body. For football, the 90-minute result including stoppage time applies (not extra time or penalties) unless the specific market states otherwise.

06Bonuses and Promotions

aaaajl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion will be accompanied by specific terms stating the wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible products, maximum bonus amount, and expiry date. These specific terms take precedence over this general section.

General rules that apply to all aaaajl promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• One bonus per promotion per account, per household address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal request can include those funds.
• Wagers placed on games not listed as eligible for a particular bonus do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses expire on the stated date. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the account.
• Attempting to abuse a promotion — including using multiple accounts, coordinated betting with others, or placing qualifying bets and then reversing net exposure — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account review.

aaaajl reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any such change will not affect bets already placed within the promotion's terms prior to the change.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aaaajl platform. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Match fixing or use of insider information: Placing bets using information not available to the general public, or participating in any arrangement to fix the outcome of an event.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using aaaajl as a channel to launder funds of illegal origin, or providing false information during registration or verification.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one aaaajl account, or registering with false or borrowed identity documents.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or gain an unfair advantage over the system.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to guarantee a positive outcome across multiple accounts at the expense of the platform.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate deposit that was used for gaming activity.

aaaajl actively monitors for the above activities using risk management systems. If you believe a transaction or bet was flagged incorrectly, contact support with supporting information for review.

08Account Suspension and Closure

aaaajl may suspend or close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable cause. This includes but is not limited to: breach of any section in these terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required period, suspected fraudulent activity, or receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

You may also request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. If no active wagering requirements are outstanding and the balance is clear of any pending review, the remaining PHP balance will be refunded to a verified payment method in your name.

09Privacy and Data Use
